The Knoxville Community School District wants to encourage the community to support Panther activities and athletics.

The 2023-2024 school year for the KCSD will kick off this upcoming week. A “Meet the Panther” event was held last night for the community to support the Panthers fall sports teams. 

Superintendent Cassie Pearson says it’s important for  the community to come out to support the Panthers in all activities and athletics. 

“Our kids love to have an audience. They love to show their talents. Our kids are very successful in many different avenues whether it’s performing arts or athletics or just other activities and clubs and we have always felt like our community has done an amazing job of showing their support and encouragement to our kids and we hope they continue to do that.”

The Knoxville Community School District starts school on Thursday.
