The Pella Police Department is back to full staff on patrol. Officers Victor Garcia and Hunter Embray graduated from the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy on Friday. They are the latest hires among the patrolling officers in the Tulip City. Their graduation has enabled Mitch Monarchino to begin as the new School Resource Officer this fall.
