The Norwalk boys golfers finished 10th out of 11 teams in Wednesday’s Johnston Dragon Invitational, held at Jester Park Golf Course.
Waukee Northwest won the tournament with a score of 293, followed closely by Johnston with a 295 and Dowling Catholic with a 296. Braeden Nelson of West Des Moines Valley earned medalist honors with a 2-under-par round of 70.
Norwalk finished with a team score of 322, led by Grady Sigrist’s 18-hole score of 75. Tillman Papcun shot a 78 and Adrian Bush added an 83.
The Warriors’ next meet is the Fort Dodge Invitational on Monday at 10:00 a.m.
