Pleasantville volleyball will host a triangular tonight against Interstate 35 and Chariton. 

The Trojan volleyball team fell in their season opener on Tuesday to the top ranked Des Moines Christian Lions in straight sets. Tonight will be the season opener for both Interstate 35 and Chariton.

Pleasantville Volleyball Coach Joel Allman mentioned that watching film from their match against Des Moines Christian will be a way to clean up mistakes as they move to their next opponents.

“This film will be great for us to see what we need to clean up and then when we play people that aren’t Des Moines Christian hopefully we can come out with the same focus and the same energy and the same intensity we had against them.”

Tonight’s triangular starts at 5:30 pm.
