Homes in Knoxville’s new Veterans District are scheduled to start construction this fall.

Veterans Park, the former site of the Knoxville VA, is transitioning to a real estate spot in a city that was recently designated as a thriving community. 

A lot of work has gone into the new Veterans District over the last couple years and although the work isn’t completely finished, the city is ready for residents to start calling the district their new home. 

There are going to be several residential neighborhoods created in the district over the next 20 years, with the first being Veterans Park. Lots for residential housing are available for purchase now.
