Warren County Dispatch employees have filed a lawsuit to pursue lost wages, claiming their overtime hours have not been paid correctly, and they were incorrectly classified as exempt, for the last three years.

According to the petition filed at the Warren County District Court, the plaintiffs allege Warren County failed to pay the Warren County Dispatch employees time-and-a-half overtime wages for hours worked over 40 hours per week, and are asking for compensatory damages, liquidated damages, attorney’s fees and costs, pre and post-judgment interest, requiring future compliance with overtime wages, and other relief the court deems equitable.
