The Indianola girls cross country team took home a first place finish in the Urbandale Invitational Saturday, while the boys took home a third place finish. The girls scored 38 team points, with Jordyn Brown taking home a first place finish at the meet, with Paige Hoger and Leah Hartford not far behind with 4th and 5th place finishes respectively, and Hadley Erickson rounding out the top four with a 10th place finish.

The boys were once again led by a trio of talented sophomores as they scored 60 points, with Kiefer Barnes placing 4th, Reed Robbins placing 7th, and Paxton Bloom earning a 12th place finish, while Sam Appel placed 20th. Both teams will next run Thursday at Marshalltown. Find full results below.
