The Indianola Noon Lions are holding their annual Meat Raffle Fundraiser in October, inviting the public to attend for a chance to win meat and raise funds for Indianola Noon Lions projects. Rick Wilson with the Noon Lions tells KNIA News there will be 10 rounds with multiple chances to win, then an additional two lightning rounds with over 75 chances to win part of 300 pieces of meat. Wilson also said if you are attending, bring lots of $1 bills to bid on raffle tickets, a cooler, and of course be ready to have a good time, with all proceeds going towards the many projects the Noon Lions do for the community.
The meat raffle will also include a chicken dinner from Pizza Ranch, and desserts to share. The meat raffle will be October 7th at 5:30pm at St. Thomas Aquinas Pastoral Center in Indianola. For more information on purchasing tickets, click below.
