The City of Indianola has hired a new communications director, Aaron Young. City Manager Ben Reeves tells KNIA News Aaron has experience in both the public and private sector, and has roots in Indianola and the Des Moines area, and will be a huge advocate for the city moving forward.

“He brings both institutional knowledge of our community and the roots of our community, but also the skillset to bring videos and help us with a marketing campaign to really put the best foot forward for Indianola and Warren County.
