The #2 in class 4A Indianola volleyball team is off to a 16-1 start to the season, that includes facing off against some of the best teams in the state including Ankeny Centennial, Waukee Northwest, and Norwalk. The Indians will still have multiple tough games on their schedule in Little Hawkeye Conference play including #10 Dallas Center-Grimes, who defeated the Indians last year preventing an outright conference championships, and will still possibly run into further stronger teams at the Urbandale Invitational later this year that features seven ranked teams across class 3A, 4A, and 5A including #1 in 3A Western Christian and #2 in 5A Ankeny Centennial among others. The Indians next compete in a tournament at Waukee on Saturday.
