The Norwalk boys golf team looks to continue trending in a positive direction today at the Joe August Invite in Marshalltown. The 13-team meet tees off at 10:00 a.m. at Elmwood Country Club.

The Warriors have played some of their best golf of late, posting a season-best team score of 315 at Ottumwa on September 5 and following up with a 317 at Ames on Monday. They placed second and fifth in those tournaments.

Norwalk junior Grady Sigrist shot a 75 at Ames and leads the team with an 18-hole average of 80.8 on the season.
