The PCM and Pleasantville volleyball teams will be competing at the North Mahaska invite today.

Along with PCM and Pleasantville, the meet will include six other teams including HLV, Lynnville-Sully, North Mahaska, Pekin, Pella Christian and Tri County. PCM is coming off a conference loss to Greene County on Tuesday, which dropped the Mustangs to 7-8 overall on the season. The Mustangs will look to bounce back this weekend and lean on offensive weapon Rebecca De Vries, who has 79 kills so far on the year, which is second in the conference. 

Pleasantville is coming off a sweep at the Wayne Triangular on Tuesday night where they improved to 13-5 on the season. The Trojans have won 9 of their last 10 matches and are looking to keep the momentum going today. Senior Danika Park will look to continue her impressive 2023 campaign, where she leads the conference with 123 kills.
