The #2 Indianola volleyball team remained undefeated in Little Hawkeye Conference play after dominating #10 Dallas Center-Grimes at home Tuesday night 3-0. The Indians took care of business from the start, slowly and steadily getting out to a 17-11 lead in the first set and coasting to a 25-18 victory. Set two was the closest out of the three, as Indianola built a six-point lead at 16-10, but the Mustangs did not go away quietly and got the score back within two, but the Indians held on for the 25-22 victory. The third set required a small comeback for Indianola to close out the match, falling behind 9-7, but then going on an 8-2 run to lead 15-11. After the Mustangs closed the gap at 18-14, the Indians went on another 7-2 run to claim victory. Indianola improves to 20-2 and 3-0 in conference play, and will next play at Newton next Tuesday.
