A work session will be held Monday for the Pella School Board to discuss the district’s vision, mission, and elements. The board will check on progress made after an overhaul of those elements made in the past few years. The board will also consider a final contract for the high school turf and track project, a resolution to appoint UMB Bank to serve as a paying agent and bond registrar, and a tax exempt certificate, disclosure certificate, and a resolution for the payment of $20 million in School Infrastructure Bonds. Also on the agenda is approval of the certified annual report for 2022-23, as well as requests for spending authority related to special education and limited English proficient application.
