The Pleasantville volleyball team will travel to Van Meter tonight for a West Central Conference matchup against the Bulldogs.

The Trojans are coming off a sweep of Madrid last week and improved their record to 18-6 overall and 2-2 in the conference. Tonight, the Trojans will face Van Meter who is 10-9 on the season and 1-2 in the conference. Teya Speltz for Van Meter has been a force defensively at the net and leads the conference in solo blocks on the season with 11. Pleasantville continues to have remarkable production at the service line this year where four of their players make up the top five spots for service aces in the conference. In the Bound era, Van Meter leads the all-time series over Pleasantville 17-5.
