Funeral services for Sandra Lee (Horn) Skinner, age 82, of Lacona will be held at 11 a.m., on Saturday, September 30 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Carlisle. Burial will follow at the Pleasantville Cemetery at 2 p.m. Visitation will be held at Holy Cross on Friday, September 29 from 6 to 8 p.m., and from 10 to 10:45 a.m., on Saturday, prior to the funeral.
