Sundance Realty will be holding an open house today at Knoxville’s new Veterans District. 

The event will go from 4:00-7:00 pm. This is an opportunity to explore the newly developed Veterans District, learn about purchasing a lot, and talk with local builders on their plans for the district or how you can work with them. Builders who will be in attendance at this event are Origin Homes, Sage Homes, CCS Homes and Swayne Construction. There will be crab rangoons and egg rolls available at the event for purchase from Pho T Food Truck and cookies to give away. Sundance Realty Co-Owner Ryan Roberts talked about the excitement of the Veterans District. 

“We have a lot of interest from our community and a lot of people excited. This is the newest neighborhood since Westridge. It’s been many many many years for a lot us who have lived here a long time to have this much space and this much growth and we couldn’t be more excited.”
