The Twin Cedars Football Squad thinks it may have a chance to win another game tonight. The Sabers will meet winless HLV in a game that the Sabers are confident about going in. The Warriors are 0-6 and with the exception of two games, they have lost by an average of just over 35 points per game. Coach Cam Parker, who looks to be back on the sidelines this week after illness of the past couple of weeks, tells KNIA/KRLS Sports offense and defense has to come together for his team to take its second win of the season.
Parker: “So if we can put those pieces together we should have a shot in that game. Coach has done a great job at HLV, I always enjoy talking to him at clinics, so if we can eliminate mistakes and the offense and defense and come together we should challenge for a win.”
According to B.C. Moore, the Warriors hold a 7-1 all time lead in the series with the last game coming in 2017 which was a 58-14 HLV win.
