The Knoxville Chamber of Commerce is looking forward to more potential community events after the success of Saturday’s Knoxville Airshow.
The Airshow brought large crowds from the community out to the airport for the family fun festival, airshow, and evening concert. The Chamber is hoping that events which bring the community together can be more of a regular occurrence. The Knoxville Chamber of Commerce continues to help contribute to community togetherness, promote local businesses and events, embrace the racing community with a recent rebrand, and help promote Knoxville as a great place to live with their #WHYCHOOSEKNOXVILLE campaign. Knoxville Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Nathan Sage said events like the airshow enhance community pride.
“It makes it exciting for me knowing that we can do things like this going forward, so I can’t wait to see what maybe me and Katie can come up with, or just the chamber in general for different events going forward to keep enhancing the community pride and to keep getting people to come out for great events like this.”
The Chamber of Commerce is always accepting ideas for events that can happen or come to the community. If you have any ideas of potential community ideas contact Nathan at director@knoxvilleiachamber.com.
