The Knoxville Volleyball Squad clinched at least a share of the South Central Conference title with a three sets to none win over Centerville on Tuesday 25-9, 25-16, and 25-13. The Panthers largely controlled the entire match, only trailing briefly at the outset of the third set, but a 9-1 outburst put Knoxville back in firm control. Ella Breazeale led the Panthers with 15 kills, with the 15th being her 500th career kill. Brittany Bacorn had a full night with 13 kills, 27 assists and 13 digs. Addy Dunkin was 17/18 from the serve line with two aces, and Abbie Keitges had 15 digs. Knoxville is now 19-7 this season and 6-0 in the conference. Knoxville will head to a loaded quad in Pella this Saturday to face the host Dutch along with Holy Trinity and West Des Moines Valley. Knoxville can clinch an outright conference title next Tuesday with a win over Chariton on Senior Night.
