The Class 2A #18 ranked PCM girls cross country team finished third at the Centerville Big Red Invitational Tuesday, while the boys squad finished tenth.
The Mustang girls were led by senior Tiffani Koonce, who finished 11th overall with a time of 20:42.06. Freshman Lila Miliani finished in 17th and recorded a time of 21:19.41. The PCM girls recorded a team score of 114 points. The Mustang boys finished tenth overall with a team score of 258. Leading the PCM boys was Coby DeRaad, who finished 23rd with a time of 17:50.88. PCM Coach Eric Karr stated that it was a great night for both of his squads.
The Mustang boys and girls are back in action on Monday at the Heart of Iowa Conference meet in Greene County.
