The City of Indianola held a pair of community informational meetings earlier this week regarding a grant opportunity for further downtown facade improvements.

The city initially provided $125,000 for businesses to apply for earlier this year, and the new grant will be through a Community Development Block Grant Downtown Revitalization Grant that uses 50% federal funds, matched 25% by the city, and an additional 25% from the property owner.
