In the midst of a week’s long break, the Pella Christian volleyball team is getting prepared for their final matches of the regular season. 

Hosting Senior Night this coming Monday, the Eagles will square off with Class 4A #13 Dallas Center-Grimes to close out regular season Little Hawkeye Conference action. Pella Christian then heads to Newton on Thursday, October 12th for the conference tournament, before ending regular season action on Saturday the 14th with the Knoxville Tournament. With some time away from competition, junior setter Chloe Huisman believes the break will be beneficial for the Eagles as they prepare for postseason play.

“I think it’s a really good and I think it happened at the really good time. I mean, we’ve got a whole week to prepare for our last home game, senior night. And so, I think it’ll be really good for us to focus in and work hard these five days that we have.”
