The Highway 14 and BNSF railroad intersection in Knoxville will start a temporary closure today.

The closure starts today and continues until Saturday, October 14th, weather permitting. Construction crews will be making repairs to the BNSF railroad crossing and while they work, a marked detour route will be set up by using Highway 92. Plan your alternate route accordingly as this is one of the most traveled areas by Knoxville commuters, especially in the morning hours.
