A Davenport man was arrested in Pella Monday on four felony charges for forgery and theft.

On July 12th of this year, Breon Allen allegedly cashed a check from TK Concrete Inc. in Pella for $5,231.63 at Marion County Bank in Knoxville. It is alleged that Allen then went to a Marion County Drive up Bank in Pella and cashed another check from TK Concrete for $5,231.63 that was paid out. Also on July 12th, the defendant is alleged to have gone into Community 1st Credit Union and cashed a check from Ryken Concrete Lifting for $4.235.17. All three checks from TK Concrete and Ryken Concrete Lifting were deemed fraudulent, as neither company had written a check to the defendant. 

Allen is charged with first degree theft, a class C felony. He is also charged with two counts of forgery and second degree theft, with all three being class D felonies.
