While there isn’t an exact date just yet as to when they’ll arrive, Pella Historical Museums has prepared their gardens for the annual planting of tulips. Executive Director Jessi Galligan says the organization that sponsors Tulip Time each spring plants thousands of bulbs from mid-October to early November in anticipation of the spring bloom.
