Today is “ Support Your Local Chamber of Commerce Day.”

The Knoxville Chamber of Commerce supports Knoxville by promoting community togetherness, supporting local businesses, organizing events, and by developing a #WHYCHOOSEKNOXVILLE social media campaign. The chamber also recently rebranded to embrace Knoxville as a racing community.  The Knoxville Chamber of Commerce is making changes in terms of their membership as they transition from members to supporters. There will be five different levels for supporters and pricing will change that will allow those individuals to choose what events they want to support for the chamber. Knoxville Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Nathan Sage says the chamber needs that support. 

“We’re trying to do things in the community every month and every year. We’re trying to do things to enhance Knoxville and make this place better for everybody. With doing that, we need support.”
