For the second straight year, Knoxville’s Isaac Rankin will run at the class 3A State Cross Country Meet. Rankin qualified through the Pella site State Qualifying Meet on Wednesday and after the awards were handed out, he talked with Derek Cardwell about his thoughts on make State for a second time.
