The upcoming election season will feature a contested race for the Pella School Board, and 92.1 KRLS helped to bring details about the contest in a forum Thursday.

All three candidates on the ballot participated in the event hosted by 92.1 KRLS and broadcast on the air and Pella Dutch Live in partnership with the Pella Community School District. Here are the Pella School Board candidates:

District 1:
Tim Tripp (incumbent)
Travis Thompson

District 2:
Paul Weesner
