pleasantville-3

Pleasantville sophomore Logan Roff shined bright for the Trojan football team this season.

Pleasantville’s season came to an end last Friday after falling in the first round of the Class 1A playoffs on the road to West Branch. With the season ending, the Trojans are going to lose several key seniors on both sides of the football to graduation. However, one of Pleasantville’s top defensive players this season Logan Roff still has two more seasons to leave his mark. Roff led the team, and was tied for first in all of Class 1A in interceptions this season.

The sophomore also recorded 20.5 tackles and played significant time on the offensive side of the football as well. Roff reeled in nine receptions for 115 yards, and also returned kicks several times. The Trojans will look for Roff to be a huge key to their team over the next two years. Pleasantville ended the season with a 5-4 overall record.
