It was another busy day at Fort Dodge for KNIA/KRLS area athletes at the state cross country meet.
Pella Christian capped off another strong fall with two individuals in the girls race and a 14th place finish for the boys. Eagle Bailey Vos placed 31st in her second straight appearance at Lakeside Golf Course (20:15.1), and Jaclyn Holmes capped off a great career on Eagle Lane in 73rd (21:10.5). The Eagles boys navigated a deep 2A field in their 3rd consecutive trip to state. Sawyer Meinders placed 43rd (17:10.6) an Deacon Branderhorst was 79th (17:40.7) to lead P.C.

Isaac Rankin of Knoxville returned for the second consecutive season in Class 3A, placing 113th (17:51.1) in a loaded field of individuals. Lila Milani(79th – 21:20.2) and Coby DeRaad (101st – 18:16.8) of PCM raced in Class 2A as individuals.
