The Pleasantville volleyball team broke several team records in a historical 2023 season.

The Trojans closed out the season with 27 wins, which is the most in school history for a season. That is seven more wins in a season than the previous record that was broken last year. The team broke the school record for aces in a season with 308, assists in a season with 766, kills in a season with 850, and digs in a season with 1,209. The Trojans fell short of the state tournament this year with a loss to Eddyville-Blakesburg-Freemon in a regional semi-finals match.
