A rich tradition of excellence among the Pella High School bands continued at Iowa High School Music Association All-State Music auditions. A total of eleven are heading to the All-State festival November 16-18 at Iowa State University.

Students selected to the All-State Band for their first time were:
Karsyn Lyons, Alloree Else, and Lucas Blake

Second year all staters include:
Rachael Stratton, Kyler Nunnikhoven, and Grace VanderBeek

Third year all staters include:
Penny Shriver, Eli Ebeling, Hunter Johnson, and Tyler Mifflin

Representing Pella for the fourth time is Erin Mathes.
