WeLIFT Job Search Center in Indianola is working this fall to help those in the community in need of employment to find opportunities with local businesses. Executive Director Sue Wilson tells KNIA News one of the pillars of their organization involves all the things residents can do to get ready for a job, and to help take advantage of resources that they provide.

“Things like paperwork, letting people use our computer labs to get their documents, to update their resumes, to take their virtual meetings to take an interview if they have a virtual interview, or even help get their social security card or other documents, they can do all of that here.”

Wilson also said if anyone is in need of help to just call or stop in the office, and they will be glad to assist.
