The Webb Shadle Public Library in Pleasantville and Crossroads of Pella are holding a Toy Drive for children in Marion County.

Residents are encouraged to drop off new unwrapped toys at the library, and upon completion of the drive, Crossroads of Pella will then deliver the toys to families in need throughout Marion County. Webb Shadle Public Library Director Jo Ellen Glick says that she is thankful to be teaming up with Crossroads for the event and adds that it is a great way to impact the community.

“Crossroads of Pella is such a wonderful group that does so many wonderful things for those in Marion County. They deliver these toys to families in need and it’s just nice to know that we can help out families that we might not know about. So, it’s just a great small community fundraiser event.”

Toys for the Webb Shadle Public Library and Crossroads of Pella Toy Drive can be dropped off at the library through December 13th.
