The Pella Community Foundation Board of Directors approved 28 grants totaling $125,000. Over its 33 year history the foundation has awarded $1,659,000 in grants.  

The Pella Community Foundation funded three Impact Grants and 25 Board Directed Grants for different local non-profit organizations within the community. Foundation President Jim Brandl says that they are excited to be able to help these local organizations with their various projects.

“The grants cover a multitude of different areas, from grants that assist the elderly to the very young. So, we’re very pleased to be able to provide these kinds of service grants that help organizations with projects that they propose.”
