In a return visit to the Tulip City, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis discussed his bid for the Republican nomination for president ahead of the Iowa Caucus. DeSantis was joined with remarks by Florida First Lady Casey DeSantis, U.S. Representative Marianette Miller-Meeks, and State Senator Ken Rozenboom. DeSantis discussed several topics and answered questions about his candidacy. He also made a stop in Indianola later in the day.

DeSantis is among the many GOP candidates remaining in the field challenging in the January 15th Iowa Caucuses. Vivek Ramaswamy returned to Pella on Friday night.
