The City of Knoxville is encouraging low and moderate income workers to participate in training opportunities available through IowaWORKS. 

These training opportunities include Essential Tools for Job Seekers, where participants  can learn about the resources and services available to job seekers, including O*NET Assessment, job searching, resumes, cover letters, interviewing, and more. There are also training opportunities including “Create a Great Resume”, “Interview 101”, and “Conduct a Job Search”. To take part in any of these training sessions you can visit www.iowaworks.gov.
