The Indianola boys swimming team defeated Newton in their season opening meet on Tuesday 94-68. The Indians had top finishes from Reed Robbins placing first in the 200 Freestyle, Henry Picard was first in the 100 Butterfly and 100 Backstroke, Ryan Torrence was first in the 400 Yard Freestyle, and the 200 Medley Relay team also placed first. The Indians continue their season today in a triangular at Ames.
