The Pleasantville girls basketball team defeated the Wayne Falcons 68-53 Thursday night. 

The Trojans took a big lead to start the game going into the second quarter with a 16-6 advantage and continued strong offensive production throughout the entire contest to win their second game in a row. Joelle Johnson had 27 points on the night which puts her at 66 total points over the last two games. The Trojan girls will be back in action tonight, joining the boys squad for a West Central Conference doubleheader at Earlham. The #9 ranked Earlham girls are 1-0 on the season and the Earlham boys will be playing their first contest. Tip off for the girls game tonight is 6:15 pm with the boys to follow.
