The Pleasantville girls and boys basketball teams fell on the road to West Central Conference opponent Earlham Friday night. 

The Trojan girls lost in a close game against the 9th ranked Cardinals 49-42. Joelle Johnson was the leading scorer for Pleasantville with 29 points on the night. Johnson now has 95 points over the last three games for the Trojans. After the loss, the Pleasantville girls move to 2-2 on the season and 0-1 in the conference

The Pleasantville boys also fell in a close contest to the Cardinals 63-54. The Trojans continued to see strong offensive production from freshman Braylon Bingham, who scored 22 points. Trent Jolly also contributed to the scoring efforts in the contest with 12 points. The loss drops the Trojan boys to 1-1 on the season and 0-1 in the conference.

The Pleasantville boys and girls basketball teams will both be back in action at home on Tuesday vs Madrid.
