The City of Indianola is conducting a housing needs analysis later this week to better understand demand, programs, and price points through the year 2050. The planning effort will include a detailed windshield survey to inventory the existing exterior conditions of homes throughout the community. The third party consultants will not enter any homes or go onto any property, or speak with any homeowners or tenants, and will take place in a car to ensure the safety and comfort of residents and the surveyors.
