Melcher-Dallas Heads To Moulton-Udell Tonight

The busy week for the Melcher-Dallas Basketball Squads ramps up starting tonight with two long road trips. Tonight the Saints travel to Moulton-Udell for a varsity double header. The girls are looking to string together their fourth straight win and may get their wish as the Eagles are 0-3 and have not scored more than 25 points in any of their games. The Saints are being led by Addi Wadle, who is scoring 26.7 points per game. While Wadle is scoring, Kamryn Hendrickson is doing her part pulling down 37 rebounds this season. Coach Kelsey Goff tells KNIA Sports, Hendrickson’s efforts are being noticed and she is showing her potential.

Goff : “That’s what I expected from Kamryn this year, and she’s been playing varsity all four years. It’s dfun to watch her get position and she doesn’t have to do much because she is much taller than most of the girls, but I’ve been very happy with how she’s been getting position.”

Meanwhile, Boys Coach Coach Matt Bennett saw improvement from his team in a loss to Murray on Tuesday. Bennett adds they are still turning the ball over too much. Girls tip is set for 6:00.
