Residents throughout Marion County are encouraged to drive through the Merry-N County Christmas light display presented by THRIVE Knoxville and the Marion County Historical Society this weekend. 

The event is held at Marion County Park in Knoxville and takes place every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday through Christmas Eve. Hours for the drive through lighted display are 6:00-8:00 pm, and cost is free will admission. There are approximately 80 displays set up throughout the park and there is also a special mailbox at the event where kids can mail a letter to Santa Claus.
