Indianola Parks and Rec and Warren County Conservation are partnering for a class in the new year, Iowa Mammals. Kathy Kester with Indianola Parks and Rec tells KNIA News the class will teach students about what Iowa mammals do during the winter, the adaptations that they have to help them survive the cold nights, and which mammals do and don’t love the chilly evenings. The class is on January 4th at 6pm at the Indianola Activity Center.
