The Pleasantville boys and girls basketball teams will host Colfax-Mingo tonight in a non-conference varsity doubleheader. 

The Trojan girls are 4-6 on the season and are coming off a 52-22 loss to #11 ranked Lynnville-Sully on Tuesday night. The Pleasantville girls will now take on the 0-10 Tigerhawks who are coming off a 42-14 loss to Colo-Nesco in their last contest. The Trojan girls continue to see impressive offensive production from junior Joelle Johnson who is averaging 24.9 points per game. 

The Trojan boys are 2-6 on the season and are coming off a 69-59 loss to #10 ranked Lynnville-Sully on Tuesday night. They will now take on the 4-6 Tigerhawks who are coming off a 47-36 loss to Belle-Plaine in their last contest. The Trojans boys have been led in scoring this season by freshman Braylon Bingham who is averaging 20.1 points per game. 

Tonight’s varsity doubleheader starts with the girls game at 6:15pm and the boys game to follow.
