The PCM girls basketball team is currently second in the Heart of Iowa Conference.

The Mustang girls are coming off a 59-48 victory on the road Friday night where they defeated the Nevada Cubs. PCM has been led in scoring this season by junior Addison Steenhoek who is averaging 12.5 points per game and sophomore Tori Lindsay who is averaging 12.3. With the PCM girls typically only playing seven or eight players every game, they have relied on each and every player to make a difference in their successful season thus far. The Mustangs are 8-4 overall on the season and 5-2 in the conference and sit only behind Roland-Story in the conference. Although they were defeated by the Norseman earlier in the season, they will get another opportunity to face them on January 30th.

The Mustang girls game Monday night in Oskaloosa was postponed due to weather but the team will be back in action on Thursday when they host Grand View Christian.
