The City of Indianola is partnering with architectural firm Confluence to develop a comprehensive Housing Study and Needs Assessment that will provide foundational information that will influence Indianola’s strategic planning and development.

The objective of the study is to equip Indianola’s decision-makers, stakeholders, and community leaders with actionable data and aims to identify current challenges, anticipate future needs, and formulate effective strategies for sustainability, and guide future programming, policies, and recommendations to address needs and encourage private investments.
