Twenty-five days following their last game, the Norwalk basketball teams may finally be set to emerge from Christmas break.

Both Warriors squads are scheduled to play at separate sites on Monday night, marking their first competition since December 21. The Class 4A 8th-ranked Norwalk girls will make the short trip to Carlisle to take on the 12th-ranked Wildcats at 7:30 p.m. The game can be heard live on 94.3 KNIA as well as KNIA3, with pregame coverage starting at approximately 7:15. 

The Norwalk boys will host Oskaloosa Monday night in a makeup game at 7:30. On Tuesday night, the Warrior girls will play their makeup game against Oskaloosa with an early varsity start time of 6:30. Pregame coverage on kniakrls.com (KNIA3) begins at 6:15.

Following a long holiday break, Norwalk had a Little Hawkeye Conference bye on Friday, January 5, then had two games postponed this past week due to snow.
