Yet another schedule change has set up a Little Hawkeye Conference doubleheader on Eagle Lane tonight, as Pella Christian will host Indianola.

The Pella Christian boys were scheduled to face Pekin tonight, but Pekin was unable to play due to canceling school and evening activities. With the cancellation, the Eagles and Indians have moved up their games from Tuesday to tonight. Pella Christian and Indianola were scheduled to play on Friday, but the contests were pushed back to Tuesday due to the snow storm.

In the girls contest, the Eagles are looking to add on to the momentum they found in Thursday night’s 55-46 victory over Knoxville, while the Indians are looking to snap a six game losing streak. Meanwhile, the Pella Christian boys are looking to extend their winning streak to five straight games, and Indianola is seeking their first win in nine tries this season. 

The Eagles and Indians doubleheader tonight can be heard live on 92.1 KRLS and 94.3 KNIA and viewed live on the Pella Christian YouTube channel. The Scooter’s Coffee Radio Pregame Show will kick-off all the action at 5:30 pm, followed by tip-off of the girls game at 6 pm.
